Refund policy

Digital products — all sales final. All Sage & Vow products are digital downloads delivered instantly after purchase (on the order confirmation page and by email). Because digital files can't be returned, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds or exchanges.

Our promise. If a file doesn't work as described, is damaged, or you can't access your download, contact us within 14 days of purchase at sagevow@gmail.com with your order number. We'll fix it, send a replacement or make it right.

Right of withdrawal (EU/UK customers). By completing your purchase you expressly agree that the digital content is supplied immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started.

Duplicate purchases. If you accidentally bought the same product twice, contact us and we'll refund the duplicate order.
