1. Overview

This website is operated by Sage & Vow. By visiting the site and/or purchasing, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Digital products and license

All products are digital templates (spreadsheets and Canva templates). When you purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for your own wedding or event. You may edit the templates freely and share your own copy with your partner, family or planner. You may not resell, redistribute, share the download or template links publicly, or claim the designs as your own.

3. Delivery

Files are delivered instantly after payment via the order confirmation page and email. Google Sheets and Canva links require a free Google or Canva account.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in your local currency where available and may change at any time. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, but we will always fix any file that doesn't work as described.

6. Third-party services

Our templates work with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel and Canva. We are not affiliated with these companies and are not responsible for changes to their services.

7. Limitation of liability

Templates are provided as planning tools. You are responsible for checking your own figures, dates and vendor agreements.
